I think its a 20A "DRL" fuse located in the fuse box between the drivers door panel and the side of the dash. Just remove it.

thanks for the advice guys it was the little fuse with "DRL" makes me feel kind of dumb now too i thought it would have been under the hood in the eletrical box there i didn't even think of the fuse box THANKS Art

I just removed the bulbs.

You might get **** in the light without the bulbs in, If anything put in Bulbs that don't work or pull the fuse.
