B2 isnt fluctuating which is why we think its from the "deleted" rear o2 it just sit at a constant 445

Nope i cant scan it without a license and since my pcm is locked, no license for me. As soon as i get this thing up and running, im gonna ditch the scanguage.

I know it means bank2 but the damn thing isnt fluctuating at all. This is what is making me beleive that its the scanguage itself.
