crank help

has any one put a 4.125 stroke crank in a 5.3l motor will there be clearance problems?

just ordered the crank from scat it is 4.125 and the rods are 6.125 and the pistons are 3.903 with a 1.060 comp hight and i will mill the top of the pistons .010 and they will be at the top of the cylinder and i will have 404.5 ci out of a 5.3 scat said that i should not have to much of a problem fitting it in there.
