Crank Case oil fill tube ?

Does anyone know if there is a stainless or aluminum after market tube avaiable for a 2006 5.3 LM7 ???

that is for the dipstick....I believe he means the filler neck in the valve cover. you can always remove the filler neck and just put a nice cap on there

if you do decide to remove the filler neck make sure you shove a rag down the tube, incase you break a piece off.

Yes, I'm looking for the oil fill tube on the valve cover.

My rebuilder didn' have any tube on the valve cover when I got it.

Hadn't thought about just puting a cap right on the cover. That might work.

I used just the cap on the valve cover, it was hard to pour oil in after an oil change though. The truck fill tube is way bigger than it needs to be so I bought a GTO fill tube from the dealer for $12
