just get in edit or tuners and look at the lock up tables. i dont know if you can get it to lock up with the throttle closed all the way but i any other time you could program it to lock.

not sure what you are thinking but having it lock and unlock is like having an extra gear, it is a good thing. like if you roll into the throttle a little it will unlock and rpms will come up a little, then get into it more and it will shift down. i guess if you had a prety high stall then you might want to lock it up most of the time.
