Conflicting dyno numbers?

I've noticed in my EFILive logs that my 2000 100K+ mile 5.3L seems to peak around 5500-5600 also. MAF flow rises until then where it starts to drop ever so slightly up to the shift point somewhere in the 6000rpm range.

I saw that JBA dyno. They dyno'd in 3rd gear and only ran it to the speed limiter. So the peak # is only at 4500 rpm or something like that.
