Default computer question

Can I have my computer flashed to a f-body program. I have a 01 scsb 5.3. How much would it cost and were can I get that done at? I would then have it tuned by one of the sponsers.

Fist off, why? Second, I don't think thats possible since the computers are different. The wiring harnesses are different, so the boards may not be set up the same. But you could get LS1Edit for the truck and do anything you need to do.

Well I dont know hardly anything about the programing differance between the truck and car pcm. I thought maybe using f-body programing and then having it modified for our trucks would help get rid of the KR problem we have. I dont know if the f-body's even have that problem on thier vehicles. It would cut out the cost of getting a new pcm, wiring harness, and any other jazz. Just a thought, trying to work the problem of KR. There seems to be no way around it besides removing the knock sensors from the programing.
