Default Clogged Catalytic Converter

A couple of months ago I had to rebuild the Top end due to driver error and at that time I had to replace the Catalytic converter (thinking it went bad due to the overheating) A couple of months later I noticed that I did not have the same acceleration as before and poor gas millage and it was determined that I had a clogged catalytic converter. It was replaced under warranty but I now find the Truck down on power and again it seems to be clogged again!

I am now on my third converter in 5 mths. There are no engine codes and the engine runds smoothly but the truck just doesn't have the same grunt and acceleration and gas millage... well lets not go there!

I can't believe that I am the only one with this problem. Can someone provide some assistance?
