Just make sure you have the pressure escaping through the catch can.

the passinger side isnt pulling oil. that one pulls air into the crank case where the driver side sicks it out...

Alright thank you. I think my problem might be that the catch can added some more restriction and it causes it to "suck" up oil from the driver side valve cover. I took out some extra filtering material I added in the catch can but it is still filling up. I let my truck idle as well and it's filling up about the same rate as driving. I think I need wider tubes. But if I go any wider I won't get a good connection on the intake or valve cover nipple. Should I put in a breather or something some where?

Yes I have the one that is fix mounted to my valve cover. Because it is a 07 classic

So a lot of trouble shooting and "easy" fixes went down while I haven't posted. I ended up getting frustrated and ended up buying a valve cover with the revised hole on the inside that was suggested for $150!!! drove home and what would normally fill my can up there was only a few drops in it now. I'll call it fixed and thanks for all the help from everyone.
