Default Cammed my truck. Now having problems

Ok I have. 08 silverado that I just put a lot of money into, got the tsp224r cam package, circle d 3200 stall, lts, pry and 4.11 gears. My problem is that it runs alright but cuts out sometimes at all Rpms and it's hard to start. Started fine before the cam but not takes a good 5-7 seconds to fire up. Tuner said their was nothing he could do to fix those problems.

Post the codes that you are throwing... More than likely its not a bad cam sensor but some other reason, but they have gone dead before..

did your truck have dod?

also, I still think its a cam sensor thing. Thats usually the only thing that could have gone wrong during a cam swap and causes a car to take a few seconds to start, THAT IS NOT tune related.

The cam sensor could tell you that the cam is "walking" which I doubt it is that or could be the DOD... I doubt it has anything to do with the cam gear needing to be switched... On an my motor swap with the LS2 I had to change out the cam gear to get rid of that code. So that is where the trouble codes that it is throwing will help us out.
