My 4.8L had 862 heads. I don't know the difference. LS1tech is saying that the chamber is 61cc

remind you my 706 heads have been reworked from patriot!! and i also run pump GAS!!! 93 oct. street tune by wheatley, we figured compression around 11:5:1

I don't see the point of going with 5.3 heads. Patriot LS6 heads would be far superior and give you similar compression.
