sell the bullydog and MAF and get the cam and a good tune. everyone seems to agree that a tr220 or TSP220 with a 3000 stall is daily drivable and puts down some major power.
no need for lifters IMO

Vinci "ASP Kicker" 210/218-.551/.551-112, Comp 918 Springs, and 7.425" Hardened Pushrods.
If you plan on getting a supercharger later, you might want to get the cam on a 114-115 LSA.
Oil pump upgrade would be a bad idea either. A bunch of sponsers have the ported LS6 oil pumps.
If you wanted to upgrade your timing chain. The LS2 chains are pretty cheap. Around $30 I think.
Scoggin-Dickey has some replacement LS7 lifters for ~$100.
Then, there's the ASP crank pulley. Its good for around 10rwhp.
It's a longer list than what you were asking about. But, do it all now and you won't have anything to worry about. You'll also gain some from the pulley and the swap you net you a pretty good amount of power.

You could go with a TR224. It seems a lot of people on here like this cam. I have the TR220 and 3k stall, but neither have been installed yet.
There is a cam thread in the general engine forum, I think. Also, most of the sponsors on the right carry cams. If nothing else you could try the 'for sale' section here or on ls1tech.
Also, most cams you will go with will require tuning beyond the capability of most handhelds. You will want to get a custom tune, or get a tuning program.
