well it would be great if u can pick one out for me cause im still looking.

want a noticeable idle.
good for towing.
increase in power also.
works good with a 2000 stall.

It may be kinda tough to get a noticeable idle and good for towing together, you might have to compromise one for the other. Here are a few Vinci grinds...their website says that they're intended for 96-00 5.7 Vortec engines...not sure how that differs from a 95?

815:
DUR @ .050" 204*/214*
LIFT .429 / .452
OVERLAP 41*
LSA 112*
TOWING & PERFORMANCE
POWER RANGE 800 TO 5000
WORKS WELL WITH SUPERCHARGERS
SMOOTH IDLE

228:
DUR @ .050" 210*/224*
LIFT .479/.518
OVERLAP 52*
LSA 112*
STREET / PERFORMANCE
POWER RANGE 1500 TO 5500
LIGHT CHOPPY IDLE

241:
DUR @ .050" 218*/218*
LIFT .498/.498
OVERLAP 52*
LSA 116*
STREET / PERFORMANCE
POWER RANGE 2400 TO 6400
CHOPPY IDLE
STALL CONVERTER REQUIRED

The first cam listed seems to be the best bet for towing, but you would probably be fine with the middle one and a mild converter. Definitely put a big trans cooler on there to help with the heat generated by the verter and the load of towing.
