I was the EXACT same way. I had 20" intros I just sold. I got 17.5 mpg at best with the 20's. The best I've done with my stockers is 21 flat

i got 24mpg on about a 300 mile trip settin cruise on 70 all the way there...in town its about 20.5 to 21....this is with stock wheels, exhaust, and intake....

I voted for performance. If you decide to get wheels and tires, get 18s. The fact that those two choices are even considered should rule out the 20s. However there are some light 20" wheels out there.
