tdrumm has the 2nd cam in his 5.3 and it has been good for him. He's been runnin it with the factory verter too....it would definitely benefit from a mild stall, but the stock converter will work. He's been using the Crane/Vinci dual springs, but I'm pretty sure that the yellow LS6 springs would suffice. He has a new cam going in soon, not sure what he plans to do with the 062 (asp kicker- 210/218 .551/.551 112 cam you mentioned). Might wanna shoot him a PM and see if he plans on selling it
