Default Cam and Motor Rebuild

Whats up guys. Got a few questions before I start my build. First off yes I have search and got quite a bit of info that I need but somethings I couldn't find.

I have a 05 GMC CCSB 4WD with the 5.3. My plans are for it to be boosted in the near future. The truck has almost 200k. I have LT's, CAI, and also a 212/218 Comp cam that im gonna install for now. Most likey leave the cam in once I boost it. Im gonna pull the motor shortly once it warms up a tag and I get my shop back and built. "In the process of buying a house and the ol lady is 2 months preg. First child so im excited as hell lol. Off subject anyway. But once I pull the motor I plan on use Forged pistons and rods. 5.3 flat tops from Wiseco. And possibly a set of I belive its PRC 2.5 5.3 heads. while I have the motor out and everything. Any recommendtions on rocker arms and lifters? Also my biggest thing is the tranny. Im building my 60 now and once it goes ill do a 80 swap. But I wanna keep my 60 now. Which ill be making it a 65. Stall talk. With my truck being so heavy I know im gonna need a high stall. Only problem is im still not to sure about the size talk and triple disk and the actual RPM stall and which size will benefit me the best. The talk with looser and tighter I just cant seem to understand and figure out what the difference is and performance wise. Also I have 35's and 3.23 gears I think is what they are if I remember correctly. I plan to either install 4.10s or something of that range I think would be the best. But again im not the pro. Why im coming to yall. If there is anything else I missed. Or if any of this has been covered that I missed please just point me in that direction. Any help and advice is greatly appreciated. Once again Thanks guys.

PS its not really a daily driver. Yes id like to be able to take it one a trip to the beach every once in a while and I don't tow with it. What the Dmax is for lol. But I know you cant have. Fast. cheap and reliable. So ill pick fast and reliable. Just trying to get everything done before the baby comes in Sept cause im sure ill be tied up

And Also I seen where Holly has a EFI control screen where you can switch between different tunes with a touch of a screen. Is there anyway to use that system with the eldebrock hi intake. Just love the way it looks over the Holly Hi ram. And being able to switch between tunes like going to the track without having to tune everytime for race gas, NOS or meth would just be quite nice if I do say so. I belive the 427 twin turbo sleeper Silverado has the system im talking about.
