well im deff going to do the gears then, as for the stall i was looking at a 300-3200 and a 40,000 trans cooler, hd2 shift kid and a few guages...?

You could get a 3200 stall for around $450-then a trucool 40k is like 135- then summit has the best price on a hd2 shift kit at like $80 shipped, and autometer gauges depending on what you get aren't too bad.

how hard is it to do a converter swap? is it something i can do or should i have a shop do it?

do gears and converter then go with a cam based on what u did.. a 3200 and 4.56s would just make it feel like new truck... i ran my 3200 on a tranny with a corvette servo for about a year.. its an 05.. and i ran the stock tranny cooler for a year also no problems...

ya im for sure gunna do the gears, debating the converter, i dont mind buying it if its sumthin i maybe able to install myself, labor around here is stupid high cuz there a=isnt much competition and thats what kills it for me...

U can do converter I dis mine for the first time ever in about 7 hours. I have a 4x4 the transfer case is just an extra hr nothing hard
