cam and convertor combo

Just get a 212/218 ground on a 110 LSA
Or do a variation 214/216, 212/216, 214/218, 216/218, 212/214...
Because for 4.8/5.3 heads that is way to much split for such a small intake valve...
Also you could use XFI lobes or LSL lobes and go with something like a 214/218 XFI or 215/219 LSL on a 110 LSL, both will chop as much as a 220r on a 112 LSA.
All will chop much more then the off the shelf 212/218 high lift.
Tuning makes a big difference, my 215/222 115+3 in my LQ9 sounds almost stock with my current tune @ 700 rpm. Made a few changes to the tune and only lowering the idle to 650 it will rock the truck back and forth.

Seems to me that the xr265hr and the tsp220 will perform pretty close to each other with a 3-3200 stall
I can see the the smaller cam working much better without a convertor but i will be adding a stall and long tubes for sure

6200-6300 shift points
Mainly just a weekend driver but also maby a few longer trips
i know the truck will run very well with the 212/218 cam but if im spending the money and time i only want to do it once
Also i know this sounds dumb but with the time and money invested i would at least like to hear the cam and people to know its cammed

im guessing that will be a custom grind rather than a off the shelf?

I have heard sound clips of the little low lift 265 cam and some sound really well and other sound stock?
I will be running the tsp long tubes and ory pipe no cats
And i have the flowmaster american thunder cat back
Single in to dual out
I know their are better systems out their
But i got this brand new in the box for 101 bucks from a local auction

Yes it would be a custom grind.
TSP can get it done for you.
218/222 .563/.566 LSA 110 on XE lobes.
Yeah it would be a good idea to cut the muffler out and toss in a magnaflow or other straight thru. However, it won't kill you.
