Cam for 6.0 Buildup!!!!
#11
I went with the 216/220 Comp. I use 1.8 rockers and it makes it 555/563 on the lift. I was in the same boat, I didn't want to lose the lowend and lose drivabilty. Mine works really well. I didn't lose any lowend. Now I am going to add a set of stage 2 heads to it.

I'm gonna have Thunder tune the truck. I think I will lose too much bottom end for a daily driver with the TR224 and TB converter.

I would think that idle issues and such would be no problem with a good tune. I think anything larger would jeopardize the drivability of daily usage.

The cam specs look nice except for the 115 LSA. Will they custom grind one with a 112 LSA?
If not I may be looking at the TR220 or the Comp 222/224 at 112LSA.
HMMMM Decisions Decisions!!!!!

I wish I would have known about them when I was picking out a cam.

Sorry guys I think I narrowed it down here:
Comp: 222/224 .566/.568 112
TR: 220/220 .551/.551 112
I'm unsure if I should get some advance built in. I hope my TB converter likes one of these two.
Let me know guys!!

I took your advice earlier. No regrets. The cam rocks on the 6.0L. Idles well!
