Broken water pump pulley pics please

It def is, they break rite where that weld is.. Or twist off of that hub shaft because they flex and break where that new thicker weld has been added..

I ran a bead of 7018( stick weld) around my pulley/shaft. It aint goin no where now.

The pulleys dont usually shear off, they get pushed off the shaft by wider belts. Run a weld bead around the inside of the pulley snout where the shaft is sticking out.
