borla exhaust any good?

haha, naw man thats not what i was asking, shouldve been more specific, i know where they exit and stuff, i was wondering is there like any performance difference from a center/center from a center/offset or anything or is it just pretty much for fitment purposes? also what about the difference in the normal borla oval muffler and the borla XL
