Default Boring an iron block 6.0

Just wondering how much I can go. My long term plans for the rcsb involve a stroker engine. I'd really like a 427, but can't find any info on how much I can bore the 6l block. Is .060 unreasonable?

0.030 if you plan on boost or lots of nitrous, 0.060 for NA.

I personally wouldnt go more than that, but if you are feeling ballsy you can go 0.100

Taken from http://carcraft.automotive.com/73243...ine/index.html

As a guideline, the guys at SLP say the Gen III block is only able to grow to 4.060 without a sleeve, so in this case, they'll leave you with at least two rebuilds by leaving the bore alone.
Other sites say
No matter which 6.0L block you use, don't plan on boring out it out more than .010?, because the cylinders are on 4.40? centers so the walls are pretty thin and the cylinders are so close together that head gasket sealing will become an issue, too.

Many people have gone .030 safely. I don't know if I'd wanna go .060 over though, might have cooling issues. All depends on the block though, some will be fine at .060 while others might not take .030 safely.
