I used this one and it was one of the easiest installs I've ever done:

I believe one of the large mail order racing companies actually have a tool that is specifically designed to protect your crank while using a 3 jaw puller.

When you hit it on with a hammer, you are really pounding the snot out of the thrust bearing for the crank.
