Best times with stock Exhaust manifolds?

when the cast iron manifolds have 2 1/2" outlets they should support 350+hp. The old ramhorn 70's vette manifolds had big outs like that.

Anyone running 220/224 cam with big pipes off the stockers

dirt_track_racer_81 ran manifolds with a TR224 cam for a while and his truck mozied along pretty good...
