badass dude! sorry about that UPD giving you trouble. Its the shape of the tube at the TB that causes it. I'm glad to see that you got the radiator in time and that you're satisfied with it as well! So heres the question....you have driven it, right?! what are your thoughts?!

haha ya i have driven it but i am running into some problems. the TC was a little low on fluid and was slipping some so i pulled over and filled it up and now it is dying on my when i put it in gear.

went and got a code reader and these codes came up P101 P103 and P106. the first two are the MAF and the last one is the MAP which i dont understand cause i just replaced the MAP before the engine swap...

so we are gonna go get a new MAF and see if that fixes the problem

sounds like me with my 6.0 swap... codes everywhere, dying all the time, ect... but it will all work out hopefully sooner then later

well just replaced the MAF sensor but still getting a code for the MAF. it got rid of the MAP sensor code though.

im stumped..

everytime i put it in gear it just dies on me.. think it could be due to the lack of back pressure??

Maybe it's an idle issue w/ your ported TB? Maybe try a stock unported TB and go from there?

unless ur running straight off the block I dont see y back pressure would make it die unless ur doing a quick turn around and on a down hill. My truck acts like it wants to die sometimes with the straight pipe off the headers. But thats weird about the MAF sensor. Hope it works out and everything looks bitchin! good job man
