Default Before I put my engine in!!!1

Is there a cam that I can install in this Z06 engine to make MORE power. I already ordered Edit and my 3000 stall is on its way. If there is anything else that will make more power? Freee mods, anything, I want to make this thing fly. you guys are bad ***, thanx.

Try some headers and pullies. I talked to a guy that has a 2002-2003 Z06 and he has a thunder racing 224/224 cam w/ 114 LSA and he said he could tell a real nice difference. Sounds badass with his catback (borla I think). He also had it dyno-tuned by thunder racing. Hope this helps.

What year is the engine? and is it used?

Head work and a good cam will be the best way to go. what are your plans? are you gonna be NA, Nitrous, FI?

The engine has 9,000mi on it, its gonna be NA for now, zmy future plans are a Super charger, but that will have to wait. The engine was off a 02 vette. any more ?'s drop me aline I check this site every day.

you may be better off leaving it the way it is if you are gonna supercharge it later. Because the heads and cam work that go into an NA setup will be very different than that of a FI setup. And your cam is a really good blower cam. So you may be better off waiting. Some mild headwork may help but if you go too extreme it will hurt the NA motor but really help it when you go FI

for cheap mods/free mods.. BadBow1 from the GMTrucks forum was talkin about the Z06 MAF flows more, so since your using the Trucks, air intake system, replace its MAF w/ the Z06's...not sure if this really works, but from the way it sounded, he liked the results.

Check out WWW.SSHOTRS.COM
he lists a whole bunch of free mods you can do with detailed instructions
