So the hose from the intake, to the Evap
The stock plug to the Evap is the same.
The new Evap is a side mount vs a top mount

Man i just got done reading all 12 pages and i'm still a little confused. Ok let me get this straight, I can use the stock fuel rails and injectors off of my 06 on a NNBS/TBSS intake? Or neither or one and not the other?

I think you would need injector spacer's to do that because the TBSS intake comes with LS2 style, taller injectors than our trucks have. You would have to drill some on the rails to make the mounting points line up with the intake. Also, you would have to weld on A/N fittings to each rail and run a crossover hose because the crossover on our rails isn't tall enough to clear the intake. IMO, I would get an intake that comes with rails and injectors. For your app, the injectors should flow plenty. You would only have to change the injector pigtails to match the LS2 injectors, I believe they have an EV6 connector. That would make for a much simpler install

ok for your 06, you can use your current injectors.
Your current fuel rail isn't wide enough from side to side. Use the fuel rail that the intake comes with
Get the truck 87 or the car 90mm TB
Get the Dr. X harness adapter for the TB
The EVap switch needs to be from the same year intake, your current EVap will not work, but it is the same electrical plug
the MAP sensor harness does not need to be cut or extended

---->>> BTW: I have an intake setup for sale in the for sale section <<<---- click it !

That's not vacuum referenced. So for return style guys you would need an all out tune to use that. Injector tables and what not have to be changed. And if your non return style you don't need that cause it's all done intank.

Has anybody tried to swap the guts from the stock TB to the 87 TB. Or are they completely different on the motor side of things.
