Back from my dyno tune at Nelsons, here is the 411.

First off, my truck is a 04' RCSB 5.3. 3.73s, with a CAI and a Magnaflow catback. I drove my truck from Shreveport La to San An Tx which it averaged 21.3 MPG on the trip down there with me rolling about 75-85mph the whole way, not too shabby. In town, before the tune, the truck would get about 17 MPG with me getting on it every once and a while. After the tune, on the return trip, my gas mileage was up to 23.7 and while I was in San An for 2 weeks after the tune, it never dropped below 20 MPG on city driving.
I was set on staying with the 87 tune, but Allen was strongly in favor of the "93" tune, and that is the route I went. I also had the shift points bumped up to 5700 on the 1-2 shift and 5600 on the 2-3 shift. 80% TM was removed from the engine and the shifts were firmed up. The truck layed down 212hp to the rear wheels before the tune, after the tune it was up 18HP to 230. I didnt get a look at the TQ numbers as my friend actually took the truck to Allen, but he did comment that the torque curve was on of the flattest he had ever seen.
Now for the good stuff, this tune was money very well spent, the truck is a new vehicle totally. It will break the tires loose when I kick it down to 1st at about 30mph and will drop 2 black marks for about 5ft, after which it will lay down a nice "chirp" when it hits 2nd gear. Also, before the tune, the truck would barely break the tires loose from a stop at WOT, now it is an effort to keep them from spinning as it will roast them all the way through 1st gear. I gotta bail now, but Ill write more tonight, if you guys have any questions about the tune that I didnt cover, ill answer them as best as I can.
Im sure "NoMaster96" will chime in as he is the one that actually took the truck.

He uses a Superflow Dyno, similar to a Mustang "loaded" dyno
Allen claims that these numbers are the "true" rwhp numbers and that Dynojet numbers can be up to 10-20% higher (false ratio/load). People obviously post unloaded dyno numbers because they are higher. Too bad there is no set standard.
I made 338.4 hp/ 393.6 tq on Allen's Superflow dyno.
