Well sorta. Dyno's are great tuning tools. But in no way a true representation of HP. Since there are so many variables like dyno type, temp, humidity, fuel, etc.. Use a dyno as a guide or reference, not as gospel. Dyno's are about as accurate as a politician.

But yes the track is a good indicator of power. The higher the trap speed, the general rule of thumb that you are making power.

i beleive in the track thing the most. i do believe that a dyno is a great wot power tuning tool. but the track says it all.
