Default b.s. meter went off!!!

ok so i was talking with a buddy of mine that does a lot of custom truck stuff, stereos, lifts, etc. he told me that he put in a cd changer for a guy that claimed he had a 97 power stroke, crew cab dually that runs in the mid 10's. dont know what all mods he has done but is that possible for a daily driver or is he full of bull??

Even for a diesel, he's gonna need a lot of time and money to be that fast.

not likely for a normal everyday driver, with basic mods, but who knows maybe hes got some serious sh*t in there.
