ATI Procharger??
#1
I have a 99 Silverado 5.3 with 67,000 miles and I was wondering if I could put an ATI on there??? Will it hurt the engine or will I just have to get a new tranny or what??
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Typically, the procharger isn't as hard on the trans as it is on the motor. Many people have had fueling issues and blown their motors. Don't get me wrong, the ATI can make some serious power. You get into having these problems when upping the boost and trying to get more power than the stock system puts out.

With me my tranny didn't last 3k miles before it
took a dump
It's a Great charger and can make some good power just need to adress a few things before you get to greedy for power
Fuel System upgrade is a must and some Good tuning and your in business
I've got my Kit up for Sale if your interested

Yeah I am gonna get a new kit and it's not gonna be for a while, I was just wondering what all I will have to do before I put the charger on there? How can I strengthen my 4L60E?? or can I just get a 4L65E put on instead??
