Why do you need the pulley off??? I think it is pressed on. I know you can remove the pump from the body, and split the body in two pieces. I had to do that to replace a leaking oring a while back. I would call Mezeire if I were you.

No idea. I was going to pop that plastic nose piece and see what is under it but never got around to it. let us know!

i was going to space the pulley out instead of spacing the water pump itself out from the block. but i gave up and made block spacers.
