Ok guys here you go. This is a 2wd 1500 2001 Silverado with the CalSpeed 1 7/8 headers that are direct fit. BFH for the steering shaft not to hit. Pass side its laying on the frame. Thought it may have been motor mounts sagging. Measured another truck that just had mounts installed. Same height. Guy who owns the truck is pissed.

I'm sure it's still user error cause Calspeed is full of brilliant minds and they make and fabricate and test all their products....

Look here is their newest testing facility

I would be dammed if I would bash a new set of headers up,even being that cheap. They would go right back to CS.

I would have love to have sent them back. The guy who came needed all the turbo stuff taken off then headers installed and everything tuned again. Once we figured out that they were not direct fit we did not have enough time to reinstall the turbo. He lives 3 hours away and could not wait that long.

They fit my 2005 2wd so I don't see why they would not work on a 2001.

My 06 4wd has had some issues. Currently the steering shaft is still rubbing a bit and the header itself hits the front diff yoke. So debating on lifting it now or swapping for some LPP's. My 00 rcsb 4wd had no issues clearing the LPP's.
