Default Anybody else have a freaking leaky oil pan

I have noticed the past few times I had the truck on the lift the freaking pan is leaking where it seals to the bottom of the pan, or at least that is where it looks like it is coming from, guess I need a new pan and gasket.. Just curious

Hmm really, have the gasket on that pig to??
I think thats my prob, my gasket had a crease in it, I tried to flatten it out, but still leaks, I isn't trying to tq the bolts any tighter..

if uve let someone like stupid lube or someone has changed out the gasket lately they might not of cleaned up the old gasket around the pan, that comes in alot in the shop, and if one of the little metal rings didnt come off that could cause it, but its kinda more of a oil pour than a small leak

Na I am the only one who does the service on it, have changed the oil 2 times in it since the swap in DEC. I am hoping this is the problem, like I said it had a bent gasket on it from when the pan was shipped to me. It is just a leak that kinda blows around the pan from driving, doesn't even drip, but is just on things on the bottom of the engine. It def isn't coming from the block or the heads sooo, it has to be there... Back on the lift it goes tom... LOL
