Default Any tips on installing TOG Heards on 5.3

I am going to install my TOG headers finally this weekend and was needing some tips for making the installion easy . What is the best way to install these from top or bottom. What all do in need to remove or move around. As for the header bolts what torque spec do I need to tighten them at. Any help on this would be truely appreciated it.
