any reason to buy roller tip rockers

Just wonder if there is anyreason to run roller tip rockers over stock? I have to stay with the 1.7 due to the tr224 cam I will be getting. Motor will be a 5.3 punched to a 5.7

arent the stocker a stamped steel body with roller tips already?
no gains from doing the swap. you would most likely have to run a valve cover spacer if you swapped also, as most aftermarket full roller rockers are taller than stockers, and wont clear the valve covers.

I just bought some comp 1.85s to bump the lift on my cam up there designed to fit under stock covers the engine shop i bought them from told me il some increase beacuse they lighten up the valve train and reduce friction VHP claims 25rwp average increase with theres

WELL, DOESNT RPM OUTLET CLAIM 12 HP WITH A THROTTLE BODY SPACER, AND ANOTHER 15 HP WITH SOME PLUG WIRES?
