Does anyone know if I would be able to flash a 2002 PCM file(from GM w/ a Tech II) into 2001 PCM? IF this were possible, would my LS1 Edit cable still work as is? The reason I'd like to do this is to get rid of my EGR system. I know I can delete EGR with edit now, but I think using a 2002 PCM or file is the "best" way of getting rid it. It's also been said that there is no performance gain from getting rid of it. I'm not doing it for that purpose though, I need the extra room for some thing I'm trying out I'll have some pics soon enough of what I'm trying to do. Thanks for any help guys.
