so i got my cam its a trickflow 216/220 .560 lift and just getting a couple pieces left to order before i get the swap done but was just curious if anyone else who is running this cam used 7.4 pushrods?
my heads are stock 862 and everything else except intake and headers are stock
7.4 is what ive been told it will be but wanted to make sure thanks

I just bought a similar cam.. SLP 214/222 .559/.566 @115, I will be running this in my 2004 Sierra with a 5.3. I plan on running 7.4 pushrods which is correct as long as you do not mill your heads at all.

thanks,
-Gibson

There have been a few guys... hopefully they chime in. You could also search the forum for that specific cam and I bet you will find your answer, or at least identify those who have used it in the past.
