I didnt install mine myself, but they guy that put mine on only took him about 1.5 hours, and he only has one leg.... this guy can turn some wrenches...

you allready stated that you wouldn't remove the tranny crossmember, you made the choice that kept it from fitting. is this the one piece or two piece? the one piece I think the crossmember must come down. the multi piece you can bolt the part to the catback and if you get creative you can use your feet to push the catback back some to gain clearance for the rest of the slip joint, but honestly you should have just dropped the crossmember, it's not like it would take more than 20 minutes, it would save a ton of trouble and from paying someone to do it

it is the 2 piece. and once i cut it down to where the opening would match up, they werent the same shape enough to slide together. im just gonna forget about it. BTW...dont roll your eyes at me punk
