thats not what im talkin about, the collector tube did not fit into the Y tube for the passenger side because the Y tube was too long and then when it was a good enough length it still wouldnt slide in, it has nothing to do with how far apart the LT collectors are. dont question me man! i tried and it doesnt fit ha ha

first ? did you get the new style headers that fit the 4x4 and 2wd trucks or did you end up with one of the old style 2wd headers

i know when i put mine on my old 2000 rcsb it was hell like you had

and then me 1badc10,white1,nickxx all did a header install on sixlthd's truck and they went right in no issues other then a busted bolt.... these where the 2wd/4x4 headers

and when i did mine on the yukon it was the same way easy easy also where the 2wd/4x4 headers

ha ha no problem josh i have no problem helping you out, i get a lot less fristrated when its not my own truck thats being a little bit*h. i just get pissed when mine is doing right. that would be weird to get the old headers and the new Y but you never know what can happen. should i bother with email texasspeed and trying to get some refund or whatever because the Y didnt fiit? probably not since i already hacked the ends of it up. but no one has answered my question, in an open header situation, would backfire be normal with 1/2+ throttle?
