I've had Both the K@N UPD intakes
they are both very good systems
I would get the one that is cheaper because they perform almost the same
the only difference other than that would be appereance UPD has several Nice looks including the carbon fibre look
I do however notice that the upd is not as loud when you punch it. The K@N has a distinctive sucking noise when you mash the pedal
