Afraid to use hypertech!
#11
i have mine set for +3 +10 +0. bump up that 2-3 shift up to 10 or 11. 3-4 shift you can leave at zero since you will never need it. i tried mine at 93 octane once. no SOTP difference. someday when i have time, i will try using my g-tech to see if there is a difference. i put it back at 87 tuned. gas is way to pricey. not sure how much the tuning helps anyways. i definitely feel it pull harder when the shift points are bumped up though. it enters the rpm range where your truck should really perform and pull hard.

oh ya, i forgot, you might want to program the rev limiter to a higher value if you plan on increasing the shift points. forgot where i have mine. you should be ok where you are at, but to be on the safe side throw her up to 6000 or even higher

ok here is what happened to me. one day i tried to reprogram my hypertech but couldnt because it said the file was corupt. so i had to send it off to hypertech. they sent me a new one hypertech but now the old settings are permantly on my ECM. so i will have to go up to the dealer and get my ECM flashed back to a stock setting.

What do u guys mean by all of this +3+10+0 stuff?

Like you said, it means mph which equates to rpm, and that rpm will vary depending on final drive ratio, and tire height. There arre some good formula pages on the net that help you figure the tire height out if you don't know how to figure it from the tire codes.
These are all pretty cool.
