But the 99 x cab correct me if im wrong come with the 5.3L my yukon still has the5.7L 350. Will this cam fit the 5.7L 350

There was a 99 NBS e cab truck with the 5.3L LM7 engine AND a 1999 OBS "Classic" truck with the 5.7L Vortec L31.

I am not sure which engine he is referring to about that cam?????
No, a 5.3L GEN 3 cam will not fit in your 5.7 GEN 1-E, even though they are both roller cam engines.
