I got a 95 two door that is what i always wanted growing up...It has a tired 5.7 tbi motor with over 200k on it...My dream is to swap in a 5.3 or LS type motor...Has anyone pulled this off and if so, can i get a parts list or a run down on what ill need?..any help would be awesome

 

Good for you man, I have always wanted a 2 door Tahoe. Is it 2 or 4 wheel drive. I have done the swap in my 95. Its a piece of cake, lots of parts and articles are available to help you out.

were currently doing a 95 silverado i can post some pics up

 

I did a lq4 in my '99 2 door 4x4 and used a nelson harness and i can't remember what the motor mounts were for the life of me

 

Im still on the hunt for an affordable 5.3...they aint gettin no cheaper..and im a broke hillbilly!
