Default 8.1L injectors for sidemount Magnacharger

Will the 8.1L Marine injectors be to much for a sidemount Magnacharger. It calls for truck injector application. Or if anyone can give a heads up for a good price on the truck injectors, let me know.
Thanks

Check ASM's website. I paid about $430 for mine. Its better to go a little larger and have room to grow than have to buy a bigger set. Besides, you dont want to be running 120% duty at WOT constantly.

The injectors that come with the side mount magnacharger are 33lb. If you get any thing other than that the programer that came with the kit will have to be sent back and reprogramed. Or you will need a custom tune.

8.1 marine injectors are what come with the sidemount kit. I run about 6.5psi just before the shift at 5800 with no issues at all.

There is one advantage a M90 has over the Radix you can rev the supercharger higher without harmonics destroying the rotors. So the main issue is detonation not pulley size. You might be able to get performance similar to a stock Radix setup by spinning your sidemount Magnacharger higher and controlling detonation with alcohol injection.Your potential will be limited by the total amount of airflow through the smaller supercharger. If you go that route you'll have to really monitor your alcohol tank.

Default Injectors

I plan on having a custom tune anyways. I just needed to know if running the marine injectors would be OK. I spoke with Judd at Magnacharger, good guy, he was saying the kit came with the standard 8.1L truck injectors.

The 43lb injectors are Marine injectors and plug right in. Im not sure which ones you are asking about, but I wouldnt think the 33lb would support too much more boost.
