6.0L worth it?

Is it worth getting a 6.0L swap if you're not getting any kind of power adder? Would I see bigger gains from bolt-ons? And since I'm not getting any power adders, could I swap my 5.3L for an HO 6.0L?

There is a huge difference going from a 5.3L to 6.0L. Take a look at this G-tech graph, the black line is 6.0L with mods in sig, and the red is 5.3L with all mods in sig expect TB stall. The 5.3L run wasn't the best, but it is done in the same weather as the 6.0L run.

I did a LS1 swap rather than a LQ9/LQ4 swap but the numbers are almost the same and it was well worth it. I went from a 4.8 to LS1 but I have driven 5.3's and it still would have been well worth it if I would have had a 5.3. The TQ is really really nice. The top end on the LS1 is ridiculous as well. Do it!

That is a great comparison for a 5.3 to 6.0 swap,it shows what can be done for the weight of the 4x4s.I see the did the 5.3 have all the boltons.question, how has the swap effected your mileage?OK two question 2,now that it is done would have done anything different? stall, cam specs ect...One more thing, would you have spent your mod money differently like H&C 5.3?
