Check out the ls1tech classified section. A guy in Fla. has 5 new 6.0 crate motors. Oil pan to coil packs and flywheel. He wants 3000.00 plus shipping.

isn't that a picture of an LSx engine and not an LQx engine? manifold and aluminum block makes me think so

That picture looks just like the 400HP LS2 6.0L Gen IV w/ the Aluminum block in my SDPC catolog. If so that would be sweet.

found an lq9 arounbd here for 1750 has 58k on it but i want to rebuild it anyways, wish i had the cash.

i would look around and see what you can find used. i got my complete lq4 with very low miles for under a grand. it also came with a warranty.

where in houston is this at??? I just priced one today, exactly the same price and miles.....

he said $1750 complete motor without a/c compressor and alternator and he said it had 60kmiles on it...

might be the same place....

yeah that's what cratemotor.depot had up as the picture for the 6.0l. that would be a sweet deal for a brand new LS2.
