would it be better to do a whole 6.0 swap or just the block and heads? i have a good friend who is a mechanic and said that he would be glad to help out alot. If I just changed the block and heads would I have to change alot of other things too?

 

pretty much everything else is the same, if you already have a long block just pull your entire 5.3 out and drop in the 6.0 for ease of install.
