Prochrgd5.3

I can get a set of 6.0 heads for free all I have to do is swap the off of a friend of mine Yukon. I was curious if it was worth the swap. I would like to put them on my 5.3 with my procharger kit and run a little more boost. Right now I am running the pulley that came on the P1SC kit. I am also looking to upgrade the intercooler and possibly to the D1SC head unit. As far as my internals the motor is stock. Also what head gasket would I use for the swap and is there any thing else that I need to do. Any help will be appreciated.
