This will be in front of a 4l80e with a tripple disk PI vig 3500 stall and trans go shift kit. I have bought a 34" rad and the 05 truck fans. How long will I need to break it in before full throtle is applied, when can I swap to synthetic motor oil what weight oil should I use. I use 10-30w right now. Let me know what you think of the motor.

I did ALOT of research on this subject about how long and how to break in the motor I found out that the best way to do it is run it for about 30 miles no WOT make sure you arent going lean change the oil then get after it but not too hard just a few part throttle then steadily step it up and you can go WOT around 100 miles or so. The generally considered mark to go to synthetic is 1000 miles.

I personally wouldn't go with synthetic until at least 3000 miles but that is just me.
